The Calm
Sitting in the barn, tired and needing restoration

Last Update 2 years ago

In the quiet of the barn, surrounded by the comforting scent of hay and the soft rustle of straw underfoot, I find myself drawn to the sight of the stallions as they eat. Their powerful forms, bathed in the warm glow of the lanterns, exude a quiet strength that soothes my weary soul.
Each stallion, with his own distinct personality, grazes peacefully, their rhythmic chewing creating a gentle cadence that fills the air. The leader, a magnificent creature with a mane that dances in the faint breeze, commands respect with every graceful movement.
As I sit nearby, enveloped in the tranquil atmosphere, a sense of calm washes over me. It's as if the worries of the day melt away in the presence of these noble animals. Their quiet presence is a reminder to slow down, to breathe, and to find peace in the simple moments of life.
And so, I sit in the barn, surrounded by the comforting sounds of the stallions eating, feeling the weight of the world lift from my shoulders, if only for a moment. In their company, I find solace and renewal, grateful for the calming effect they have on my tired spirit.
Come and join me .......... virtually or better still, really.
