Forsytia's role in my work goes beyond that of a mere companion; she embodies a compassionate force that transcends traditional boundaries. Upon her arrival, she demonstrated her caring nature by leaping over the fence to tend to a lamb in the neighbouring field, a symbolic act that foreshadowed her profound impact on the lives she encounters.
Forsytia has become a shepherd in the truest sense, not merely tending to physical needs but also embracing the role of a keeper of souls. Her spirit has become a sacred vessel, holding the countless secrets confided by those seeking solace. What sets her apart is her extraordinary ability to create a space of vulnerability and trust, allowing individuals to unburden themselves of their deepest fears and worries.
In a gesture that speaks volumes, Forsytia invites individuals to share their fears on the side opposite to where I am standing, her head and body creating a symbolic circle of confidentiality and intimacy. As she listens, she becomes attuned to their emotions, and when she senses their readiness, she gently and almost imperceptibly moves her head, enveloping them in a circle of love, acceptance, and understanding along with me in the centre.
