Where we write case stories, in the event that your case is used as a demonstration, all names, locations and vital information will be anonymous and you will not be identified.
In the event of my supervision, again, any information that is shared within my own supervision sessions with my supervisor, all information is anonymous and location not disclosed, my own contract with my supervisor also includes an extra layer of confidentiality where they will not share information which is between them and myself. Supervision is undertaken by most counsellors and therapists and this is common practice, bound by the same level of ethics as client/counsellor arrangements we have made.
