Discover a unique and transformative experience that will leave you refreshed, rejuvenated, and reconnected with yourself. From the moment you arrive, our bespoke break is designed to provide you with a sanctuary of self-care and growth, nestled in the heart of serene landscapes.


What is involved?

An exclusive intensive break is available as a transforming healing experience, during which you will spend time both with and without horses and relaxing in peace as well as talking and connecting with yourself.

There will be time to reflect and understand what is going on within the psyche and allowing you safety and healing, within an empathetic safe environment holding your space whilst you work through your exhaustion.


What’s the process?

Our programme combines therapeutic exercises with non-verbal as well as proven talking counselling modalities to help you achieve significant internal transformation By working with us, you will have the necessary space and time to undergo meaningful change which will ultimately benefit the your whole lives going forward.


Through counselling with horses, we create a safe and nurturing environment where you can freely express their innermost emotions.


How does it work?

This approach provides a unique opportunity for you to examine, understand and work through your feelings in an open and honest way which will be transformative for your life moving forward.


Through working with horses and people in this capacity, I have honed a skillset that enables me to approach anxiety, trauma and deeply ingrained self-limiting behaviours in a gentle and non- judgemental manner. In this therapeutic modality, the horse is a supportive presence for you, holding you in the present moment and allowing you to navigate the intensity of your emotions in a regulated and safe way.


Through these interactions, you build trust in another being and gain a greater sense of emotional regulation, as well as self-awareness.


I invite you to consider your the suitability of this break in the west of Ireland for yourself and share with you the following outline of the days you will be here – but bear in mind that each experience is individually prepared for you.


Your Personalised Plan will be based on length and options for activities, and will include time for you to relax and just be in the peace of nature, but an example day could look like this:


Morning session – spent with the horses in deep therapeutic relationship – within the fields or stables of Asterales with a horse specially chosen to be your daily partner for today’s work

Following lunch made by an award winning specialist baker we will spend the afternoon in mindful session with the horses or walking or if you are staying a longer period, we will relax on some days with your recreational activity – riding on the beach or playing golf for example – during this time, you will continue your restorative reset.

After dinner, we will have an evening session of relaxation and meditative mindfulness, staying in the moment, assessing the progress of the day and addressing the hopes and expectations of the next day – journalling your progress and exercises and ensuring that these are embedded in your mind for the future.


What will I gain?

A complete relaxation away from all external pressures allowing you to truly reconnect to yourself, restore you humanity and leave with a wholesome approach to your health and wellbeing, with a continuous link to the horses, even at times of intense pressure.
