Sometimes it's hard to know which category to put an article in as they could spread across several!

However, I picked this one for the Retreats purely because, as part of the service that we offer, we include a fully holistic approach to your time here - which includes meeting with a nutritionist who offers dietry advice as well if you want to take it up.

We also offer you yoga and pilates, as well as riding, swimming and other sports instruction if you would like. As well as linking you up with an excellent financial coach and ongoing other services.

Because, above all, we recognise that our mental health is part of our whole health, but equally, without our whole environment being investigated and improved, we can never settle our mental health.

I often refer to Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs - if we do not have the basic requirements for our safety, our health, our security, then we can never hope to achieve a peaceful place in our mind.

If we are suffering from an issue in our mind, then we can never hope to provide the stability of the requirements for our safety, our health and our security - so it does go both ways!

But whichever way you want to look at it - our whole being is a being of parts all of whom have effects on each other - so when I say we offer a bespoke package - we truly offer this - for whatever your need and the whole of your needs.
