A super press release thanks to introductions by Maltix to Promote News

I had the utter joy of having someone else write a press release for me the other week - and to read "about me" through the eyes of someone else who had been talking to me and learning what I did.
It's one of those amazing feelings where you are reading about someone as though removed totally from that person and, even though it's you, you don't identify with it as it's not "your words and your thoughts" but something that's read on screen about someone else.
Which is, as well as being a fantastically written article and better than I could write, an amazing insight into what you do on the day to day and don't recognise it as anything except "what you do"!
In the words of Burns "oh to have eyes to see ourselves as others see us" (ok, translated!) but, unlike the muse of his poem, to see ourselves as something more than we ever see ourselves as because we can see the mystery and the wonder of the work that we do.
And, as this winter has lasted forever and we're under another two storms and the daily life is a little bit harder and a little bit more sore than usual because the body is desperate for sun and warmth and not to be sliding on the mud - to read these words about what happens here from someone else's view gives us the wings to carry on - it's not just for us - but for the joy of seeing what other people get from coming here - and the healing they receive - and suddenly our bodies forget how cold and sore they are in the memories of all those smiles and hugs that have been given and received.
